Lets look at this logically , Rio Tinto have pegged all around Fairwater, why? Who has the most data on this area? Pioneer, so if i was was the exploration manager of Rio, what could i do? Do a JV on the best tenement, yes the PIO one loaded with Platinum elements group all over the tenement. I expect a possible 70/30 free carry.
