read the anns, the board warned the market months ago that they wouldn't be cash flow positive, its there in black and white. if you only rely on info and opinions from chat sites, then you are always bound to be disappointed. read and dyor, and double check if you can any statements you find.
my opinion is, what is there from yesterday, is that NWT is finally seeing the results improve from where they have been, this has been happening over the past few years. it wont be a smooth ride, but at least they seem to be moving in the right direction for once, and we finally can see the improvement broken down (to an extent)and on the record.
where from here is anyone's guess, but one could extrapolate from the series of anns, and make their own mind up. just like the sellers have over the past 24 hrs, so to the buyers there as well.
