Unfortunately for me, a simple complaint is not enough, I feel that more severe action is warranted.

Even more unfortunate is that these complaints and any action to remove members of the board only serves to further delay progress within the company. If they truly are progressing things, it can put a real spanner in the works. But that is the price that can be paid when timely updates to the market and evidence of progress is not forthcoming in respect of those announcements.
