When I was in grade 1 many, many moons ago, a kid decided to 'buy' my friendship (dunno why, he was a mate to start with) by promising that he would bring in a knight outfit for me to have. He strung the story along for a while, including that the van that was bringing it was being run off the road by hoons (while pointing 'over there' to the distance). Of course, the knight outfit never arrived.
JC arranged a deal a year or two back, then got shareholder approval to sell, then unilaterally decided to not to sell, DESPITE the wishes of the company owners, viz. shareholders. (I still think this is lawsuit-worthy stuff, but who am I to know? Anyway, I believe that history is behind the ASIC stance this time). So who really believed the knight suit was going to turn up this time? What about the 'next' time?
