but the way that this deal has preceded must give you the impression that the use of the words "no cp's" might be technically and legally correct BUT there is some other clause that is allowing the buyer to renegotiate the deal
Because if this was a signed hard deal AZZ could legally force the buyer to settle
the fact that the parties are now open to discussions tells me that AZZ was never on strong terms
I have acted on many buy/sells and from my experience this deal wont finalise on the original terms disclosed to the market
only my opinion
for all shareholders I hope I am wrong
