How can you be allowed to make the statement:
The deal will complete on or before 30th November if it was known at the time that the purchaser had the ability (option) to request an extension to the date
This is exactly why the purchase and sale should have been provided to the market (they could easily have simply put a black line through the purchaser's name).
If the deal was not straightforward then the intricate terms should have been disclosed to the market to enable the market to operate on an informed basis.
Be interested to see how ASIC respond to this, if it does end up failing...
