he said the latest news it is looking more like a merger with both companies frustrated by the degree of undervaluation of their SP and that a combined stock will be just out of asx 100 and will force more of the investment community to taka look

he believes ROC shareholders may end up with the better deal from a relative SP point of view but also expects there will not be a big premium either way

I think we have to wait for the detail , but my gut feel is ROC management is prudent enough to look after its SHs.

time will tell though
