While the filing of the writ was announced on 29NOV, I wasn't aware that the statement of claim had been released. As I have said before CHM has nothing except this claim but I am prepared to have a punt on AH (and in particular Tony Hartnell's lead) to bring home the bacon.
The thing here is that not only are they after MMX assets they are after the assets of a number of parties who have made substantial gains along the way from their participation in alledged wrong doings and it all adds up to a massive kitty.
