It was mentioned following the AGM that there will be an update released this week, not necessarily on 'deal progress' though. I got the impression, the coming update may be more focused on the science and not commercialisation. There was also come speculation that Novo will not necessarily have to take up their option to negotiate on licensing by the 15th Dec as has been speculated on this forum. Aparently there is some requirement for novo to make their intentions known within a certain period following the receipt of the final trial report. Whilst Novo have this report, I don't beleive that CBIO has received confirmation of this reciept so there is some question about when the time period has started yet or not. Remember that excercising of the option doesn't necessarily guarantee a deal but i agree that excercising the option would bring back some confidence. I personally beleive that the current board has the right qualities to lead us to bigger and better things whether Novo chooses to be involved or not. The lack of agitated posters on this forum leads me to believe that most people feel the same way.
