What is also interesting, is it would take Atlas to 66% of the NWIOA port allocation.
That is some serious tonnage.
I don't know why BRM (or anyone else for that matter) didn't takeover FRS years ago just for the port allocation.
Yesterday they were $160m.
Small price to pay for what would otherwise be impossible to organise.
