Why and how? the word may as opposed to will. Can you not grasp that? I know its subtle and the effort might hurt but do try.

SCOTUS has held and @Justis read this slowly and at least 5 times...that to invoke the 5th it may be that

"....a witness may have a reasonable fear of prosecution and yet be innocent of any wrongdoing. The privilege serves to protect the innocent who otherwise might be ensnared by ambiguous circumstances".Imagine giving a reply to the like of Schumer Schiff Pelosi AOC et al and expecting them to be decent respectful and fair listeners?
