and the sp is very cheap,,,,,,,,,,just buy a small parcel say min 5000 @ .32 about 1510 and put in the bottom drawer for 3 months..........then buy another parcel and grow the portfolio that way..........btw they are into both residential and commercail property............which will come back in a big way in 12 months or less
