I'm reasonably sure that PL wouldn't have entered into this deal unless he felt he'd get the 51%, Emundi shareholders have nothing to lose. By becoming part of Axion they are growing 5 fold in size, and PL is putting his money where his mouth is.
Look how tight EBG is held at 27% premium and only 138,700 shares traded !
