I think the Eumundi shareholders will be angry with the boards response.
They will make a hell of a lot more money by giving axion control.
And why do they call it a "hostile takeover" when their number one shareholder sold his entire position to Axiom?
I think the directors of Eumundi are only looking out for their own jobs.
It certainly makes more sense to merge with a stronger competitor.
