i too got my phone call today 3.25pm Perth time and had no idea initially who it was from, a lady ringing on behalf of Eastern Star Gas....i said `WHO` and when she repeated it i said OHHH!!! ESG. I know most of my stocks by codes only and not familar always with their names.
Anyway got a NO and she required an explanation to go with the NO which i replied, l didn`t invest in a company on the ASX only to be robbed 4 years on.... which apparently she passes on every comment.
