Eddie won't sell until he has maximised his potential. I reckon success at S3, G6&G7 plus some definitive 3D seismic would put ITC in a position to attract some healthy bids.
There will be slippage ( there always is ) so when this will happen I am not sure but here's hoping it is within the next 6-8 months.

VPE are a very real contender for ITC imho. They have 20-30% of two very good CSG permits that are currently being proved up by British Gas. When proven BG's big Daddy in London will give BG Australia the approval to buy VPE's share out.

That would give VPE about $300 million in cash. More than enough to take out ITC. jmho
