Yes, I always thought that BPT will eventually want to own EPR. Interested to find out why they didn't swallow the company previously. If they wish to make a bid for the rest of the capital; would they need to offer more than the arbitrary 2c ?
Perhaps the fact that Mitsui is now a shareholder as well are they going to jointly use this company as a vehicle for any activities which may be outside their current ones? I think that would suit me as I can then see this being as a possible high flyer.
Anyway I am very please to see it trading again.
