Xstrata have downside alright..140,000,000 AVB shares and the lose of 200tons of JORC copper etc. This is a win for Xstrata and a win for AVB. Make no mistake, this is a long term relationship and its about building an 80,000tpa copper mine. AVB has picked up 170,00ha or 28 leases with no environmental issues and copper targets. I am sure Xstrata would not like to loose them. I think its a major vote of confidence that they put this amount of trust in AVB. Must like the management.Xstrata was happy to let AVB explore that on their behalf. This is a solid deal all round imo.
