Difficult for me to see downside and believe it works well for both parties. Don't subscribe to "who got the better deal" stuff, as difficult to assess due to different basis and objectives of each party, so becomes academic.

Delighted AVB has doubled the resource for around $11m and the transaction takes us another step towards production of what now will be a much bigger project.
