Looks like 2 things.
- Yesterday there was an ann about the speed improvements. That saw a 30% jump in price
- That lead to it getting mentioned on ABC news
So it looks like the retail investors have jumped in without doing any homework as to when it will actually be ready to build homes.
Keep in mind as well that the Feds have announced a stimulus package for tradies. FBR would be perfect for that if it was ready to build. People may not be factoring that in by buying now.
