First of all, I want to thank you for all your informative posts on KNL. Keep up the great work.
Based on the June 2012 quarterly report, I don't believe any of the conditions for conversion have been satisfied. I'm basing this on the statement: "Unfortunately no mineralization of economic interest was intersected by the drill holes." (page 9)
Therefore, the only thing that has changed following today's announcement is that the Performance Shares will shortly come out of escrow.
However, the key to their value (which will benefit us as KNL shareholders) is if the conditions to conversion to ordinary shares are satisfied.
Currently, the Performance Shares have very limited rights (not transferable, not quoted on ASX, no dividend or voting rights etc). Further details are set out in the ASX announcement of 28/10/10.
