    Hi Bonkers89, I think the 5,000,000 ordinary shares were issued as part of the nickel acquisition in 2010 (see Note 24 of the 2012 Annual Report). They will come out of escrow shortly and will then be freely tradeable ie not subject to conditions unlike the Performance Shares.
