Hi Sharemadder, my guess is they were escrowed by the ASX as part of KNL's ASX Listing which took place on 28/10/10 ie 2 year escrow.
I wouldn't be concerned as coming out of escrow doesn't mean much in this instance as the performance KPI's I have previously outlined don't appear to have been satisfied. Therefore, the shares are not transferable etc so there shouldn't be a flood of new shares depressing the share price.
