This is currently at a PE of less than 4 (maybe just over 4 now with share price increase). It doesnt need anything to re-rate from a fundamental perspective.
Realistically, if we extrapolate the likely 2h '18 result, its pe is probably closer to 3.
When i bought into the physio business I own, I payed a higher multiple, and that is as a working partner.
