It's not a reality at all trendee. Almost all senior Australians expect a full or part pension from the government on retirement. And retirement IMO should remain at 65. This has been the norm in Australia for generations and there is no need to change it. The politicians who want this change retire any time they like on an immediate full taxpayer funded pension for life which is also about ten times the rate that we commoners are entitled to. Dave R.
