BG, I don't recall beating my chest about property prices being where they should at the moment. Infact I would probably agree they are on the hi side at the moment. It's a bit rich to suggest that those people that have made money in property over the last 7 or 8 Years have just had dumb luck. I'm sure some punters have, same as the stock market, and plenty have lost money from over commiting. I wouldn't be to worried about investers that accumlated property from 2003, if they've stayed well within their means I sure they can ride out downturn in comfort and accumlate more because of it.
