Yes, i was aware of that, i emailed that exact link to Kalmsg. The thing is, that the deficits are cumulative, and within a few short years, there could be an extreme demand for a few key Rare earths. We are oversimplifying it by looking at them as a group, and it's well predicted that there will be a glut in some like cerium and lanthanum, but the others, well that's a different story.
