Trying to find a way through ASIC's web pages is Byzantine. There seems to be no accessible glossary of terms, acronyms, and document types.
The original prospectus, received by ASIC on 20 Nov, was described as "Prospectus for equities - unquoted."
Yesterday's description says "Prospectus for equities - quoted."
Why the difference? Yesterday's description makes it seem as if ASX has already agreed to list P1. Could that be so?
I assume this new prospectus has to have its three weeks exposure period, during which time objections can be received by ASIC. But then is it a new prospectus at all? ASIC has a category of "Replacement Disclosure Document", which is not used in yesterday's description.
Maybe there is nothing to replace at www.p1card.com, because the old prospectus stands. But then if there was nothing to replace then ASIC would surely have issued a 'Revocation of stop order'.
For example, enter '3D Fun Times' at
