Newtrader I thought you were well informed as you claimed you were a shareholder of Movies Online.

John K holds 20% of Movies Online and is a Director
A. Mackinlay has a substantial share holding and is the Chairman of Movies Online as well as a Director of Reeltime
and as I stated before Reeltime and Movies share the same company sectary/CFO Todd Richards

given that the shareholders at the time of the AGM held some 60% of the Reeltime shares I would have thought it important that these people attend the AGM of Movies Online to explain why in a couple of months the investment of Movies Online has gone down from 70% to about 40% and the value has dropped 75% in 12 months.

But hey that's just me
