someone is accumulating shares at 037....and someone has been offloading shares at 038/037

now what is the market waiting for..?

the oil is there....cashflow just around the corner.

other cashflow in place.

not all that many shares on issue...

oil price fair over 100$ and poised to go higher.

i repeat....what is the market waiting for...?

cash on hand is....?

Is a raising afoot? or is this what the market believes..?

I thought it would have moved higher by now.
