    Cudeco, i was talking about due dilligence style work. looking at the true value of the company. To do that you need to have access to all the information and be covered by confidentiality agreements etc. the GRK deal showed that someone can pay too much.

    What can you share that indicates that the FMG deal is correctly valued?
