the share price would soar if accc knocks it back. The market hated the deal hence why it got smashed so badly below the raising price. If accc say no then suddenly IFL has all this cash with nowhere to go but execute share buybacks or whatever. Don’t worry if the deal does not go through. I would prefer if the deal is successful as the future looks very bright and should result in a higher share price than if the deal was unsuccessful.
