In other words, the Yank arm used "old" [inferior] product - that IS a stuff-up by BOT. The only good thing is it's allowed some people to get some cheap stock, but cost others - but their decision to panic sell.
BOT want to ensure, in future, ALL arms of all trials have a uniform top quality candidate. To be fair, the US "DEA" seems to have been the core of the issue.
