from what ive researched and know, rodger the dodger and CVAC will only require around 60 patients for the phase3trial if not bit more, therefore $23mill that Novagen is using for 141 patients at that rate, PRR will only need about $10mill to fund it. also less time for it to be analysed.
quite easy got the cash with fortrend, spp and martin lawrence.
