Pilbara .. I am with you and believe Prima will list on NASDAQ.

IMO (& based on review of the 2011 annual reports)
just a matter of time for NASDAQ listing - now that the 2011 financial accounts have been completed and IMO all Springtee matters correctly disclosed and compliant with International accounting standards( according to my broker, something to do with the convertible loan agreement - see P56 and P60 item iii to vi, in the annual report for explanation of accounting treatment ).

On page 90 of the report, for 2011 year , Prima has spent $148,346 on accounting services including preparation for NASDAQ listing (excluding audit). Based on 2010 comparitives ( $24,147), it would be reasonable to assume that a substantial part was spent in making the Prima Statutory Accounts SEC compliant (my view only).

I would luv for SEC ro give the green light pre the companies AGM on 3/11/2011.

The fact that Lucy Turnbull AO noted on page 7 of the report, that the company expects to provide an update on NASDAQ listing gives me more belief that this will happen.


Now NASDAQ will be great, welcoming, great timing and injection of interest back into the Stock - BUT I am most excited about the science, the excellent results to date, and the upcoming start of Phase III trials.
