You are also right on, Ritche, I've got a lot of years on you, but I have a young family.
We too are interested in the leverage, but prepared to cash in and turn the ARD shares into physical PM's towards the end of the shares' run.
We see it as a matter of timing, and the potential for share certificates to become as useless as dollar bills if a desperate government chooses to nationalize the mines to put them on the balance sheet in order to borrow still more cash or pay bills.
I would see ARD at 65c to 70c if the POS held at $50/oz. However, I see silver at over $100 in the next 3 to 5 years and see it as time for me to get back into real estate -- actually own a home (homes) and again own premises for our business to operate from.
We sold all real estate years ago... acreage It took courage, no kidding.
