His greatest delusion was to magically expect institutional support in a sector where there is none. Even BHP has fallen 50% this year alone.
In the absence of sector support the pre-consolidation market dynamics were perfect for at least supporting the stock from sustained value erosion and possibly getting some trader interest on good results. A push towards 1 was definitely in play. Just looking we now have 4mil to sell at 4.7.
All I can say is the results will have to be fantastic to sustain the stock now.
