    Why is it that all of us could see this happening, yet the board thought their company was so special and would buck the trend of every other penny dreadful consolidation I can think of?

    Shows just how much consideration they give to the pockets of their shareholders. It's ok for them while they make their ridiculous salary's for driving the share price into the ground.
