Yes, the workforce these days are full of the whats called "YES" men & also offcurse the "YES" women... that are all to scared to differ from the safe & secure line..coming down from the executive ranks.....As they used to say "Fortune favors the brave"...but in business these days - the brave are very rare...self interest & self preservation are stifling the market & productivity & profit...and leads to very criptic games being played....
