Let's speculate lust a little and start by making a few assumptions:-

    1. That the usefulness of the technology has been validated by P&G's use of it.

    2. As a result it has some value.

    3. The present P&G deal is essentially a dud. That is because the director's cannot forecast the future income of the company or even say when it will break even.

4.That OBJ's present Market Cap of about $30 million is a fair to generous estimate of the company's value.

    5. That Jeff and retail investors have more or less given up on Jeff's ability to make the company a real money earner.

    6. They have now pinned all their hopes on Steve Schapera and his group.

    7. That a dedicated marketing company associated with the Board or Invincible Brands approaches OBJ with a deal. Let's call it Olympic Marketing. Its particular skill is that its directors and staff have had success in using "social media, influencer-led, marketing to sell products to millenials". It can provide proof of past performance in this area.

    8. Olympic Marketing offers a deal. If OBJ buys it out and turns it into a subsidiary it will market OBJ products and inject $15 million into OBJ.

    9. In return the shareholders of Olympic Marketing want shares issued to them which, after the issue, will amount to 55% of the issued shares in OBJ.

Those are the assumptions, so the question becomes "Would existing shareholders agree to that or not?"

On the plus side, Olympic Marketing would have the same interest as other shareholders. It would have "skin in the game". It might even succeed.

On the down side, existing shareholders would be diluted by about 50% and those associated with Olympic Marketing would have bought control of the company for $15,000,000.

My guess is that, with no prospects beyond what P&G are offering, with dwindling cash and with no other marketing skills in OBJ, that us retail shareholders would seize that opportunity and console ourselves with the thought that Olympic Marketing will now have "skin in the game" and that Olympic Marketing will have interests which are aligned to ours.

If this is wrong, then please come up with some other reason why the directors are going to hang around.
