Surely now you're just taking the %&#^? No-one with less than 50% controls a company. If another shareholder had 51% they can't be outvoted by someone with 30%. I've been an 30% owner of a company and a 51% owner and there was only 1 which I had control over. I'll let you guess which one. Why are we even discussing this absurd claim?

So how does Danny have effective control of the company? Clearly he doesn't.
