One of underdone's thought surrounded the idea of a reverse merger.
I have a few questions for current investors that concern me;
What are the implications to existing shareholders both positive and negative if a reverse merger took place?
Could this also be the reason for the kinds of dubious trading activity of late to keep price at these levels and volumes maintained (My opinion)?
In a negative perspective would this dramatically de-value our holding if we were subject to a reverse merger?
What are the positives of a reverse merger for current investors?
I am not as savvy as some in this area and would love some honest views for the pros and cons for existing shareholders, if a reverse merger was the new boards intentions.
Thank you in advance
