It's an interesting thought,
I have been of the opinion that no CR would happen.
The Crowd media example sort of confirmed my thinking.
Having a look at the deal it was 3.7m convertible at two tranches 1.8c and 2c and an option 1 to 1 at 3c. Sort of worked out at 194 million shares issued and an option for another 194m. with any success the 3c option would be in the money real fast.
