Job Summary
The E-Commerce Manager (EMEA & Americas) is responsible for defining the online commercial activities of Wellfully Group brands, presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand image and boost sales. You will be passionate about building something special from the ground up, open to a positive and hands-on work environment, and have outstanding digital knowledge and experience. Your SOW and team will grow as the company grows, and you will have direct access to both C-level management and all key decision makers to build an integrated, effective and exciting commercial strategy. Core Responsibilities
• Define and lead the online sales strategy for EMEA region (e-tailers, omni-channel accounts, marketplaces) across EMEA and the Americas
• Act as Brand Guardian in the E-Commerce sphere balancing identity with effectiveness, working with Creative and Product Marketing to ensure the quality of our communications is in line with strategic vision
• Guide the strategy for the commercial plan of brand websites, working with CEO and Heads to define promotional calendar, with strong inputs on UX optimization, customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Attend Key Account meetings with CEO to communicate and define digital support activities
• Recruit team according to growth of Wellfully brands, setting organization system and performance attribution model that ensures continuous improvement. This especially relates to management of Amazon and additional marketplaces, where in-house team is a must
• Assist in the briefing for digital marketing teams across the fields of target customer definition, message testing before expanding to promotional support campaigns, Affiliate marketing and e-tailer advertising plans
• Provide key counsel in setting up company website with Marketing Director, optimizing site design, UX, analytics benchmarking for paid and organic campaigns across marketing channels
• Work with our teams in China, Australia, US and UK to optimize best practices across wider group E-Commerce activities and be an example to the wider organization of efficiency and professionalism
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience – agency, or in-house.Excellent knowledge of owned, earned and paid digital activities, with confidence to present these in meetings with key retail partners
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Should work with pro-active nature and be able to use own initiative
- Creative and innovative mind –not afraid to step outside of the job description to get things done in a start-up environment
- Exceptionally organized
- Trustworthy and passionate about doing great work
