Mortgagee in Possession Contract: 48 – 52 Carlyle Street, Mackay
Wellington Capital Limited as responsible entity of the Premium Income Fund is pleased to announce that
the conditional contract in relation to the property located at Carlyle Street, Mackay property has become
unconditional. A ten percent security deposit has been paid and released to the Premium Income Fund.
The property is located at 48-52 Carlyle Street, Mackay, Queensland.
Settlement is now scheduled to occur in February 2012. The sale of the security property will contribute a net
$2 million to the Fund on settlement.
