BRISBANE merchant banker Jenny Hutson has scored a win against a popular internet chat site which has been a thorn in her side for more than three years.
Aussie Stock Forums has permanently removed an often heated discussion about Hutson and her firm Wellington Capital, which manages the long-struggling $225 million Premium Income Fund.
Operators blamed "continued threats of defamation" for the shutdown this month.
The site spawned more than 9000 messages and attracted almost one million views before it was closed.
