We certainly don't get any information from WC nor the IAC (that seems to exist in name only to pacify investors that there is a committee acting on our behalf). We'd have to question if any PIF investor correspondence even gets to the IAC (if they do exist)???

Most of us know very little about what is going on in the courts regarding the Forest Resort, since WC is doing a good job of avoiding telling us anything about it in their updates.

Certainly WC has a responsibility to inform the market and investors via the NSX?
