Perpetual is the hired help. An automaton. Like a loyal Corporal. They DO NOT call the shots. And they'll do whatever's necessary to keep the moolah flowing into their business. Just like everybody else. Their staff 'aint going to work everyday for the hugs and love. And their dosh comes from Hutson's blessed hands. NOT investor hands. Perpetual will do anything to keep Hutson happy. Note how much more loyal a dog is to the member of the family that actually physically places the food in the dog bowl. Hutson is that family member. Hutson places unit holder food into the dog bowls.

Those other loyal dogs that hang around the back door for unit holder food, our auditors PWC, didn't like the little dance Hutson was making them do for their little snack and tried to quit.

The chances of getting sued by us hack and disparate unit holders is ZIP. And Perpetual know it.

Think of Perpetual as the absolute bare minimum of security. Dumb robots. A cheap lock to stop the petty thieves taking off with ya stuff. They are absolutely powerless to stop us being screwed by the more sophisticated degenerates. Perpetual will freely admit it. All Perpetual can really do is to e.g. try and prevent one of Hutson's employees forging a document to assign an asset to themselves, flog it off and take off to Brazil with the $. But Perpetual will also quite happily sit back while Hutson's WC oversell Perpetual's role and capabilities. Anything that helps keep the $$$$$ rolling in.

Perpetual is like a car park or cloak room attendant. If someone turns up with the appropriate ticket, or some pretty little piece of paper, they'll hand over the asset. As soon as something looks like it doesn't fit the agreed process, Perpetual goes straight up the food chain to unit holder's RESPONIBLE entity, Hutson's WC, for instructions.

Perpetual are fully aware that the business relationship between lender and borrower is the prime concern. The written contract and all its little clauses are a secondary concern. The relationship is the carrot. The contract is the stick.

In Australia, Judges issue orders on behalf of land 'owners' for a sherrif to gather a posse of muscle together(usually some State Police) to physically remove people from the owners asset. Court orders = Force = Violence. It's an ugly look. Judges know this and hence are extremely reluctant to order such violence. Hence the expression, possession is 9/10ths of the law.

Would you say the sherrif instigated the removal? The reality is that the Judge, sherrif and police are all acting on behalf of the land 'owner' who didn't have the business acumen to work it out with their debtor. Or a business woman who is trying to look good for her creditors by covering up her incompetence by beating up on the borrowers.

So would you say that Perpetual instigated the legal action against the 'tenants' of Forest Resort?

Unit holders tried to remove Hutson. And look at what was thrown back at us by Hutson and others connected to her. And Justice Perram had his scape goat, the lawyers instructing unit holders. How very convenient.

Relationships come first. Contracts come second. Any business person who doesn't know that is a bully or buffoon or a pretender and will fail to deliver.

If Perpetual is calling the shots, then what use is Hutson's WC to us Unit Holders? Just an expensive feel good machine? A WOFTAM.

Now I'd better go dance for my supper too like all us other dogs. Woof.
