And Sigmund i am more than happy to freeze the assets in liquid nitrogen if you wish : As long as it is a precursor to a truly independent professional valuation process . WC and ARL both have their own financial agendas in regards their valuations process and i personally do not trust either of them . There are massive unresolved discrepancies between these two entities valuations. We can only find out who is telling Pork Pies through a rigorous analysis of the remaining assets. Then perhaps we will have a legal case against someone; be it ARL or WC or Price Waterhouse Coopers. For example Jenny H approximately 12 months ago ,from my Alzheimer riddled memory, was peddling her great business acumen in renegotiating the Wollongong hotel deal over two years with a payout of about 3 cents for PIF investors from that transaction alone. If anybody has a better memory could they please correct me if i was mistaken in my understanding of this deal .
