In this Half Year Financial Report Hutson wrote "your Fund is debt free". That's deceit isn't it? Note 12 of the Report outlines nearly $11M of debt against fund assets.
Yes there is "no recourse upon, or provided by , the Premium Income Income Fund" as a whole. But there IS recourse against our Fund's assets.
